What the price includes

We first create two complete personalized song versions within 30 minutes of confirmed payment. Listen to both and choose your favourite. One free song correction is included, producing two new versions. Your song can include the recipient’s name, real memories and your personal message.

When work on the video begins

After choosing a song, upload your photos on your private page, add your instructions and confirm the song and photos for production. The video is ready within 48 hours of that confirmation. Payment or listening alone does not start this period. Once you confirm the video materials, song selection and correction are locked.

Which photos to prepare

Upload between 2 and 5 clear photos of the person or people in the gift. We accept JPEG, PNG and WEBP, up to 20 MB per photo and 75 MB in total. Choose photos where faces are easy to see and tell us who is pictured. You must have the necessary rights or permission from the people shown and consent to AI processing. Permission for public display is separate and optional.

Four visual styles

Choose one style: 3D animation, hand-drawn 2D illustration, cinematic realism or comic book. You can add wishes for the story and personal message. Our team creates and edits the video using AI visual tools and synchronized captions. The package includes one chosen visual style, not four separate videos.

Delivery and important details

We email your private link when the songs are ready and send another email when the video is ready. Listen to and download the available files from that page. A creative revision of the video is not included. If you have an access issue or a technical problem with a file, contact us with your order number.
